#throwback to Tyler Mitchell’s “Domestic Imagaries” exhibition at the SCAD Museum of Art in Savannah, Georgia. The exhibition featured a zig-zagging clothing line reaching from one end of the gallery to the other. The images, reminiscent of sheets on a clothing line, were printed here at Griffin Editions using dye-sublimation on textiles.

Dye-Sublimation is a unique printing technique which uses heat and pressure to transfer an image onto substrates such as fabric and aluminum.
