The Agents Club

This past summer, I set a goal: I wanted to do my first mini triathlon. Every single day, I showed up for myself completing one portion of the event and finding so much joy and strength in the process. 
In a world where so much is out of our control, I found power in what I could control: my effort, my discipline, my movement. I was reminded that strength, both physical and mental is one of the greatest tools we have.
Movement isn't just about staying in shape, it's about resilience, confidence, and the freedom to push beyond limits. And moving in nature is a true gift and teacher. 

I am so grateful  to be surrounded by magnificent strong women who truly inspire me every day. 

May we all keep MOVING
