Andrew Vowles is a British photographer, born and raised in North West England. From an early age, art was a forceful catalyst that inspired a love and appreciation of unconventional ideas and creative expression.

He studied Graphic Design at Central Saint Martins in London. Especially inspired by magazine design, early influence came from radical figures like Alexey Brodovitch, Oliviero Toscani, Neville Brody and Peter Saville whose powerful combination of image and typography left a lasting impact.
