For BEAUTIFUL RESISTANCE - FASHION EYE LAGOS – published by Louis Vuitton in july 2022 – Daniel turned his lens on the Nigerian capital to weave an imagined narrative bringing together political and social issues of paramount importance to him – sexuality, gender fluidity, non conformity, political corruption, and religious fervor.

Daniel Obasi has styled and directed a few fashion films including BICEP - released in july 2022 and UDARA – Awarded 'Best New Director' at Milano's Fashion Film Festival in 2019...“In the long run I would love to work more in film as that has always been my first love”.
