FRANCK BOHBOT
[KATE RYAN]
Originally from Paris, Franck Bohbot is a photographer, director and visual artist exploring the extraordinary of everyday life. He lives between Brooklyn and Los Angeles.
FOREVER YOUNG
Franck's dream-like style, and carefully constructed compositions elevate the ordinary. He has a talent for leading the viewer's gaze more deeply into his images, enticing them to linger.

LEG MINDED
TRY AGAIN, WITH MARTA THE MARTIAN
His photographic work inhabits a space between reality and fantasy, documenting and storytelling, every frame—to borrow a phrase from Nan Goldin—like a still from a nonexistent film.
SUGAR CAFE, FROM HIS BOOK "LIGHT ON NYC"
SILVER LAKE, WITH SIERRA PRESCOTT
WARM BLUES
Rendering public spaces, street scenes, and architectural sites of interest in his distinctive painterly palette, he documents inanimate structures with all the sensitivity of a human portrait, as though constructing an imaginary archive of social spaces for a post-apocalyptic time capsule.
AFTER SCHOOL
ROXBURY PARK
ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD
Using long exposures, natural and fluorescent light, the images take on a richness of colour and detail which contrast with the sense of melancholy which permeate the images.
