Metz + Racine is a photographer director partnership between Barbara Metz and Eve Racine. Formed in 2000, the duo are recognised as pioneering and innovative image makers. Their refined eye and playful brilliance reveal the elegant, unconventional and secret lives of inanimate objects.
Metz + Racine create poetic, visionary imagery and moving image for a wide range of clients including Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Krug, Lacoste, Louis Vuitton, Nars, Paco Rabanne, Selfridges and Swarovski. Their work appears in On the Rocks, Corriere della Sera Living, Numéro and V.
Publications include The Still Life, published by Gestalten in 2015 and Setting The Scene, published by Index Books in 2014. Metz + Racine won best direction in a fashion film in 2016 at the Caniff awards for their piece Never Ending Stories for Louis Vuitton.
