On sunlit Helsinki streets, or travels through Paris, Rome, Madrid, and Budapest, I look for stark contrasts, sharp geometry, and ambient symmetry. Elements I often return to in my work from time to time. This series shows my love of Finnish melancholy — the Nordic kind of mood that is often present in our light, culture, and urban spaces. I want to invite viewers into that quiet moment: part curiosity, part mystery. I love how each image leaves room for your own interpretation.”
