We are so proud to share that Picto is producing the fine art printing and framing for this special exhibition organized by Brandon Stanton @humansofny . This photography contest is open to all kids in NYC: each child is invited to take a portrait of someone they believe deserves to be honored, and write a short statement about this person’s impact on their life or community. Three hundred portraits will be professionally printed and framed by Picto and exhibited for two weeks in Grand Central’s Vanderbilt Hall, alongside the work of professional photographers. After the exhibition, each selected child will receive their framed portrait along with two $50 gift cards to a local independent bookstore — one for the child and one for the person they chose to honor. We are honored to contribute to a project that will create thousands of meaningful connections between New York’s children and the adults who inspire them.
