QUALIFICATIONS • 5 + years experience in fashion advertising, editorials, campaigns, or branded content.  • A deep understanding of and connection to the fashion, art, celebrity and pop culture world. • Strong independent network of model, talent agents, and managers. • Resourceful, able to cast globally or locally depending on project needs, budget, and timing. • Skilled in negotiating usage, rates, and terms with agencies and talent directly. • Strong visual sensibility with a refined eye for beauty and fashion imagery, able to curate compelling casting presentations that align with a brand’s tone, creative direction, and campaign narrative.  • Comfortable working remotely and on-location, with the ability to scale resources as needed for each project.
