The magazine is the Australian edition of Harper’s Bazaar, a renowned American women’s fashion publication. First released in New York City on November 2, 1867, as the weekly Harper’s Bazar, it holds the distinction of being the world’s longest-running fashion magazine, with a history spanning over 142 years. For this latest series, renowned Australian photographer and frequent collaborator James Giles was chosen to photograph model Mollie Gardiner in a visually poetic and deeply evocative editorial.
