Chloé Le Drezen and Iris Deschamps, « HANA » Beauty can take many forms. Similarly, the name ‘Hana’ takes on various meanings : ‘flower’ in Japanese, ‘bliss’ in Arabic or even ‘work’ or ‘craft’ in Hawaiian. This series of photographs is the result of a collaboration between photographer Chloé Le Drezen, creative director Iris Deschamps Courau, makeup artist Marie Duhart and set designer Rafael Medeiros. Getting together outside of their commercial and editorial commissions, this project presented an opportunity to explore a personal view on beauty and create images free of constraints.
