Jean Paul Gaultier SS26 During last Fashion Week, Duran Lantink made his debut for Jean Paul Gaultier with “JUNIOR”, a collection honoring the iconic 1988–1994 line that first inspired him. This youthful, rebellious offshoot continues to shape his vision of fashion as freedom. For this ready-to-wear line, Lantink channels Gaultier today: playful, energetic, contemporary, and bold. Each piece undergoes “Duranification,” a process of creation, twisting, and experimentation—sometimes emerging fully, sometimes disappearing almost magically. The result revives Gaultier’s ready-to-wear legacy while naturally extending Lantink’s own Paris shows, known for radical volumes and disruptive silhouettes. The house’s foundations are respected, yet innovation flows freely, bringing bold new ideas to life.
