Influenced by his family's artistic background - his mother is a painter - Fraser believes that being creative is beneficial for mental well-being. Feeling happiest when he had a camera in hand, he pursued a degree in photography at Sheffield Hallam University.

Whether it's a product shot or a personal portrait, Fraser always tell a story. His images have a strong narrative quality and go beyond mere documentation—they capture moments that feel emotionally charged and larger than the image itself, making each shot feel like a part of an unfolding narrative.

Fraser tends to favor natural light, often shooting during the golden hours—early morning or late afternoon—when the soft, warm light adds depth and a sense of nostalgia to his photographs. Whether it's the soft glow on a portrait or the dramatic play of light on a vintage car, his images feel immersive, as if they’re frozen moments from a larger story.

There’s often ambiguity in his images—whether it’s the fleeting expression on a person’s face, the unexplained placement of objects, or the open-ended nature of the scene. This leaves space for the viewer’s imagination to fill in the gaps, constructing their own narrative.

Having always been passionate about classic cars, Fraser released his first photobook "Parked" in 2022. The book features images taken in the North of England over a span of 3 years. exploring the emotional connections people have with their cars.
