I was 24 when I took these Polaroids at Bruce Weber’s studio. I thought Cordula Reyer was the coolest woman in fashion. She was around 30. She had a child. She had an entire life that wasn’t modeling. She looked like no one else. Ironically, so many young models told me they were younger than they really were. I was always drawn to women with full lives and a strong sense of self. Grateful Bruce trusted me to conduct his go-sees. More than anything, I loved getting to know people.
