Nourished by this freedom, her work opens a door to her imagination, never too far from reality. Its recurring themes — nude, still life, urban, fantastic — are completed by a fascination for form, physical and mental space, construction and deconstruction of frames.

Winner of the first International Fashion and Photography Festival in Hyères in 1997, Camille came back years later to sign the biannual photographic commission of Villa Noailles. Camille Vivier also works on independent artistic projects with a strong focus on the female body, challenging the preconceptions about masculinity and femininity, expressing a kind of eroticism we are not so used to look at.
In 2019, she released two books: "TWIST "and "SOPHIE", both published by Art Paper Editions.
TWIST (2019) is an encounter between curved, nude female bodies with avant-garde, anthropomorphic sculptures.
"SOPHIE" is a complex portrait of a female body, conceived as a vessel of power and beauty and not as an object of desire. Sophie’s body turns into a stage expressing a range of various female characters and feelings.
