Born in Slovenia, Ciril Jazbec is a director, photographer, documentarian, and storyteller who aims to raise awareness about the increasing impact of the climate crisis.

After studying Management in Ljubljana, he moved to London to study photography and later gained a MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at the London College of Communication.

Ciril's stories are those of resiliency and hope as he documents solutions developed by communities at the front lines, forced to adapt. He has seen the rising sea levels in Kiribati, the erosion and melting of permafrost in Alaska, and the climate effects on the Inuits in Greenland.
